Accountability’s and Responsibilities, General Football Administration - To manage an age group for Three, Ninety minute sessions per week.
- Manage the team in all NPL official games including pre-season practice games as requested.
- Responsible for ensuring that your team adheres to NPL Rules and Regulations at all times.
- Support and nurture your SGCFC Players and other age group players on and off the pitch.
- Set a good example to all players at all times.
- Respect and support the values and principles upheld by SGCFC.
- Read thoroughly and adhere to SGCFC Coaching Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation required from Technical Director is completed within requested time lines.
- Turn losing into winning by helping your players work towards skill improvement and good sportsmanship, NEVER ridicule or YELL at your child for making a mistake or losing a game.
- Responsible for the management of NPL squad, ensuring players are provided with equal opportunities to achieve 75% playing time across the season.
- Produce detailed session plans for Youth Training sessions based on FFA National Curriculum. - Produce a 36 week season plan
- Broken down into Five , Six week cycles.
- Lead the monitoring and evaluating of players throughout season.
- Conduct formal player reviews during season using player’s self reflection forms.
- Conduct informal reviews on a regular basis.
- Be an ambassador of SGCFC by communicating and promoting the Youth department culture, creating an elite environment for the development of young people.
- Motivate players and communicate effectively with them.
- Identify talented players and propose additional development and skill acquisition.
- Take part in SGCFC Coach mentoring program, you will be paired with One SGCFC Miniroos coach for season.
